Role Clarity

A senior role you will have portfolio management responsibilities, this includes revenue budgets for renewals and growth targets. Supported by a dedicated processing team, claims manager and operations team you are given the autonomy to manage your portfolio and network relationships with clients and underwriters. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, strategic thinker who is capable of meeting budgets and be a leader in a tem environment. An attractive base salary, expense account, laptop and Blackberry technologies plus uncapped bonuses allow you the opportunity to earn a substantial income. Conference and travel incentives are also included.

Experience and Qualifications

You will have a sound knowledge of general insurance broking, with several years experience in an insurance broking environment. Tier 1 is essential and a professional accreditation such as ANZIIF/QPIB will be looked upon favourably.

Ideally you are looking to take the next step up in terms of portfolio size and responsibility.
