AUSTBROKERS SHARES

On 30 September 2005, Austbrokers Holdings Limited ("Austbrokers") and NNA Pty Limited lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") for an offer of 45 million ordinary shares in Austbrokers ("Shares").

Key dates associated with the offer are expected to be as follows:

Offer opens	9:00am 11 October 2005
Priority Offer closes	5:00pm 28 October 2005
Broker Firm Offer closes	5:00pm 4 November 2005
Issue and Transfer of Shares	9:00am 9 November 2005
Expected dispatch of shareholding statements	10 November 2005
Expected commencement of trading on ASX	16 November 2005

The offer for Austbrokers shares was successfully closed and the company was listed on the ASX. The prospectus is available for information purposes only.
